Provides assistance to staff,visitors and other employees as necessary.Qualifications Profile• The skills and knowledge required would generallybe obtained with previous experience in buildingcleaning and maintenance work.• Ability to apply common sense understanding tocarry out detailed but uninvolved oral or writteninstructions.• Ability to relate to officials, staff and public in acourteous manner.• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25pounds.• Ability to work occasionally in poor weatherconditions, including heat, cold or rain.* Salary is commensurate with work experience.
