July 5, 2013Contractors will be repaving and restriping the Church parking lots in July. All work will be conducted Monday through Friday and should not affect weekend Masses. The first area to be repaved will be an extension of the area adjacent to the basketball court. Then he will repave the Church mauka and makai lots. When thecontractor is repaving the makai lot, traffic will temporarily be rerouted to enter on the mauka side from Waimano Home Road and exit through the lower parking lot onto Hoolana Street. The contractor will also restripe and redesignate “Handicap” parking stalls. Please note that about half of the mauka parking stalls will be designated “Handicap” and the number of handicap parking in the makai lot will be reduced. Having those special stalls at the same ground level as the Church makes it safer for our fellowparishioners entering and leaving the Church.
