YOUTH NIGHT
At the Faith Formation Conference
(please see the attached flyer)
DATE: June 20th, Thursday
Time: 6pm – 9pm (Check in begins at 5pm)
Location: St. Joseph Parish and School Grounds
( 94-675 Farrington Highway , Waipahu )
Who: All youth in grades 9 – 12 are invited to attend
This includes recently graduated 8th graders and High School Seniors.
Dress Code: Long pants or jeans and modest/appropriate tops
(If you have, you may also wear your OLGC Youth T-Shirt)
No skirts or dresses as we will be playing games outdoors.
Registration fee: $5.00 per participant by June 7th
Late registration fee is $10 per participant
If paying by check, please make payable to: Roman Catholic Church in the State of Hawaii
OLGC will be providing a bus to transport our youth to and from the event. (no charge for the bus)
The bus will depart OLGC Parish at 4:45pm
and scheduled to return to OLGC Parish by 9:30pm
Please complete and sign the Liability Form and turn this form in with yourRegistration Fee To the Parish Office
NO LATER THAN Noon by JUNE 7th
(This is the deadline for early registration. After June 7th, the fee goes up to $10.00)
