July 10, 2014You may now download the registration forms for our Religious Education classes starting on September 7, 2014.
For students receiving the Sacrament of Eucharist we will need a copy of the child?s Baptism Certificate & for Confirmation students, we will need copies of the Baptism & Eucharist Certificate. The students in both Eucharist & Confirmation must be enrolled in the program for 2 consecutive years. Every student must complete a general registration form including those receiving the Sacraments.
There will be a book fee of $35.00 per student in the Confirmation classes due to our new program that will be implemented this school year. Please make checks payable to Our Lady of Good Counsel - Religious Ed.
Deadline for submitting registration forms to the office is on August 30, 2014. No registrations will be accepted after the deadline.
