Christian Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (CPREP) 2014

The Christian Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (CPREP) is a clinically tested approach designed to aid engaged and married couples build and improve lasting and meaningful relationships and prevent divorce. CPREP was built on two important framework strategies: lowering risk factors of divorce and raising protective factors to help marriages succeed.

“We feel that the CPREP workshop will help us build-up our communication skills, learn about marriage and problem-solving techniques that will prevent divorce”, stated by Patrick Puu and Nicolle Evangelista, engaged couple from our parish. Aside from communication and problem-solving skills, participants like Patrick and Nicolle will learn the biblical model of marriage; managing expectations; understanding and maintaining commitment and ways couples can attain spiritual oneness in a Christian marriage.

We welcome anyone from other Catholic churches. Sessions are presented by Deacon Tom Miyashiro and Mike and Doris Lee. Space may be limited. For workshop schedule or for more information, please call OLGC Parish Office at 455-3012.
